CRT TV vertical "rainfall like" small lines fault

It is Philips (can not see the model number anymore on the sticker).

You can see the thin vertical lines, that make almost like rainfall effect while watching.
What could be the problem? All cable connections seem fine. It is over coaxial cable that goes into a set top box, and then with component video cable to TV.
