Can't switch to analogue on LG 28 Inch 28TL510V-PZ

I've just bought an LG 28 Inch 28TL510V-PZ HD to replace a TV I have been using to watch my Sky box (which is in another room) via the RF output.
By going into Manual Tuning I can get into a screen that allows me to enter the following:
Storage: 1
System: I
Band U/VHF
Programme: 1
Then I can do a scan which finds the Sky channel. I can save the channel and exit and the Sky picture stays on the screen.
When I switch the TV off though, it defaults back to the digital channels when I switch back on and I can't see how to get back to analogue.
I contacted LG who said select Guide and toggle between TV and DTV, but there is no obvious option for me to do this.
The nearest I can find is some options using the coloured buttons that allow me to select between Antenna, Cable and Satellite, and when Ariel is the selected one I can select between All, DTV, Radio, Fav one and Fav two, but no TV.....
Does anyone have any experience of these TVs that can help?
