Citizen 27" input problems

Hi, my Citizen 27" tv recently stopped accepting input from coaxial and the auxilary inputs. Nothing goes in, and there is no sound, but the menues work fine. The only thing that has any effect is the S-video. When I plug something into s-video in video 1, it has weird colors and the image scrolls up. Another weird thing is that the s-video sort of overrides all the other signals. Even on normal channels and video 2, the svideo displays the scrolling image. Please help!
