Color Circle on Quasar TV

I have this Quasar 32" TV Model # SP3232A Chasis # NC331 and it has like a color circle on the picture tube. I have a TV tube degauser and that will not fix the problem  . Was wondering if this is an easy fix like a cold solder joint or something like that. It was working the night before and then the next morning it was like what I described above. I'm open to suggestions. Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks.
