Converting color tubes into a lighting fixture? Can't Post

I would like to turn the color tubes from my RCA PJR600SR into a lighting fixture. I am actually turning the entire TV cabinet into a mini bar. I would like to use the color tubes as a lighting fixture at the base of the cabinet. Basically I'd like to know how I could simply power the lights independet of the TV circuitry. Thx in advance for the help!
