HI I'm trying to repair a Daewoo DTQ-25S2FCV
it just stopped working after a power outage
i checked the fuse and replaced it and that didn't seem to fix anything
i have a DMM and there seems to be power to most of the circuit board
I am new to electronics but would like to learn can anybody explain how to discharge the capacitors in the TV so i can do more tests safely or link to somewhere that gives specific instructions on how to?
What are the other possibilites that would cause a dead set? what things should i check?
what is the best introductory article i could read to get started on learning how to repair this TV.
