Discolouration on Sony KV-27FV310 Wega Flat 27" TV	Can't Post

Hi everyone. I'm considering the purchase of a used Sony KV-27FV310 Wega Flat 27" TV. The only problem is discolouration on the screen (see picture).

Does this look like a relatively inexpensive problem to fix? Is it even fixable?

looks like slipped shadow mask don't buy you would have to replace picture tube
