ELEMENT 22" POWER SUPPLY MAIN HELP	Can't Post

hello
i got a element flx-2211b 22" lcd tv.... i just pick this up free because of no power... today took it apart and got to power supply main. there is no juice going from this power board to the other board... i check with a ohm meter the 2 fuses that i seen and they checked out ok.
would anybody know were i could pick a power board up at online. or if anybody knows how to test and check these boards out. we maybe able to work something out... any help or advise
the power board has the following on it.
PI-XXXXTLTX PI-XXXXTLTX VERSION B 200-001-XXXXTLTX-BH

Just checked my notes on these sets and this is what I've had to change before:

Check diode D10 to see if it's shorted, if so replace also you may need to replace 2 large capacitors 4700mf @35v -- Dan

My ps is #200-001-xxxxTLTX-BH.
Do u think #200-001-xxxxTLTX-AH. Will work in the place of
other board. Tv. Is. Element. FLX2211B

I'm not sure if the two are interchangeable or not. I did find your power supply on the internet
