Flashing blue dots on Sharp LC-46D82U (VIDEO)

Hi,On the Sharp LC46D82U screen, there are patterns of blue dots across the entire screen with the picture visible and normal behind the dots. The dots appear regardless of input or if there is no input. Someone has a tip to fix my problem ? Thank you
