Flat line on picture tube	Can't Post

I have a Toshiba 30" model no: CF3060K.

Lately the picture was folding from the top and now it just shows a flat line on the picture tube.

Any suggestion?

That is a very common symptom although it can have more than one cause. The most recurring cause I have found is a bad vertical output I.C. Chip. You would need to identify it and replace it. These chips do not plug in, they must be unsoldered and then the new chip soldered in its place. If you have never done this before I wouldnt attempt it. Have someone who is a technician do it.
