This site is run by a company called Gratis Networks and is giving away free flat screen TVs and computer monitors. All you have to do is sign up for an online offer (eBay or Ancestry.com or Video Professor are the easiest- eBay doesn't require a credit card- all you have to do is make a bid on something), tell 5 friends, and you get a FREE tv. The company is registered with the BBB and has been for quite some time...This definitely seems legit- check it out.

You were almost right. First of all, you have to tell at least eight friends and then at least eight friends have to sign up for one of the offers for you to qualify. I didn't see that last requirement in the fine print of the offer.
