Generic 5" tv - unstable for first 2-5 minutes

Hello,
I have two of these Generic, 5 inch, B&W [China model 210018] TV's. They are sooooo handy in the shop or a bathroom. Recently, one of them, has an unwatchable picture until it warms up for 2-5 minutes. None of the adjustments across the back applies to this. There is a "roll" adjustment, but nothing for this snowy, multiple side-by-side images mess. When it snaps out of it [2-5 minutes] the picture is perfect.
Any helpful thoughts?
