Hi my mother in law has a problem with her TV
Goodmans LD2667D2 26" HD Ready Digital LCD TV
When you first turn it on you get sounds straight away but the screen is just jumbled narrow horizontal lines of white and blue then after a few minutes the lines begin to get wider but are still jumping around then a few more minutes and the lines grow wider still and begin to show the picture but still jumping around then as it warms up further the picture begins to become clearer and the lines widen even more then after about 10 minutes the picture is nice and clear but there is a blue line running vertically about 4 inches in on the left. The blue line is only narrow and stays there all the time during the whole time the sound is allows ok.
Any help and advice would be gratefully received Thanks 
I did take some pictures but didn't know how to add images haha as my username suggests I really have No Idea
