Grandin TV - Service mode

Hi everybody,
I have a Grandin TV. (also named Beko)
Model : NR 21TG2 NT SI
Chassis 16.1 CTV
I want to set some display problems, as you can see here :

To fix that I need to access to "service mode" for this model.
