Green screen on a Fujitsu Plasma

Hi
I have bought a Fujitsu Plasma model no P42VCA20WH from e-bay, i was told it was canadian but can only find it on the british fujitsu website. I have it setup and working however the screen has a very high level of green tinge to it, that is unable to be adjusted by any of the settings. The plugs are labeled RGB and appear to be installed correctly. We are unable to think what may be causing this green output as it is very close to unwatchable. Also i'm in Australia.
