Guide Plus Problems

For several weeks now I have not had guide plus on my RCA television. I have lost count the number of times I have tried to reset it using all kinds of ways...such as the 00000 advise to no avail. The screen just comes back without any channels the next day and says to check my reception...or antenna...or whatever because nothing was received. 
Does anyone have any advise or a contact person I could get in touch with to get my guide plus back??
