HD Lines on TV	Can't Post

I have a 30" SAMSUNG Flat Screen TV(two years old, no LCD or PLASMA) and a HD converter box. Picture is good but at top of screen I have wavy horizontal lines from left to right and about 1" in height, this distorts anything that falls within that are. Wahs Up?

Possibly one or more electrolytic capacitors are failing in the Vertical output circuit &/or power supply feed to same. Wink
