HELP!!! TOSHIBA TV HEAT SEAL CONNECTORS REPAIR ??? Can't Post

Hello

I am in desperate need of help. I have a Toshiba TV Model 40L3451DB which had an led light problem a while back. Whilst replacing the led lights I was reassembling the TV and damaged a heat seal connector (ribbon tape like cable) that is attached to the screen which now causes lines when the TV is on. I am now stuck as I have no idea how I am supposed to fix it ? Can anyone help please is there a way I can fix this ??? Can these heat ribbon tape like things be replaced ??? IS there something I can do to make an adequate connection from the screen to the board ???

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks Guys

Or simply replace the panel. (Good luck with either.)
