Got it fixed. Went into solorization. Seems T.V. has the same fault and same fix as my Sony STR AV920. STR had a Bad hum in the audio. Not affected by volume. All ground screws on all boards on both units had to be retightened. T.V. and AVR work fine now. This may help someone else.
