Help: Quasar SP3219V, color is bad Can't Post

I have a quasar modle number SP3219V...and the color seem to have stoped working. If I adjust color to black and white I have a great pictur, but when color is on it look like the is all green, and like the tube is going to go. What can I do to fix this??.... thanks

How are you adjusting it to B & W?
What happens when you adjust the "tint" control?

there is a button on the remote that says action and it brings up a menu. there seem to be a bell shaped distortion on the screen..and everything looks green, if I adjust the tint, there is not much difference. and if I adjust the color to the lowest position the color ( green ) goes away but you can still see the bell shaped on the picture..
