Help Advice Sony KD-55XD8599 Main board

HI looking fro advice on a Sony KD-55XD8599.
When it starts up I'm getting flashing green and amber lights after about 30 seconds I can turn on the screen with the remote but I get a blank screen no inputs are working but I can get a default beep sound from the TV when I change inputs. I don't think the backlights are working also
I changed the T-con board but still the same I'm thinking the issue must be the Main board should I replace it?
