Hey Folks,
I'm looking for some help with my 4k Panasonic TV. It's 2 years old and is now having issues. It appears that the screen has several equally spaced vertical "lines" when I say lines, that isn't the right word, it sort of jumbles the screen in equally spaced increments . I was watching tv and this happened. I switched the TV out and set it in an unused room. About a month later, I plugged it in and it was functioning normally again. After about 15min it reverted to the jumbled screen. This makes me think that the panel is fine and that one of the control boards is malfunctioning. All of the software is functioning as it should and the menu function works as well. No matter what the video source is (including the menu), the screen is jumbled. Trying to pinpoint which board might be causing the malfunction before I spend money ordering parts. Any thoughts? Any help would be really appreciated...
