Help with Bush 43in

Hi.
My Bush 43 inch smart tv started flickering/flashing on all, including ext inputs (hdmi) we were watching on iplayer, paused to eat. went back to watch and this flickering/flashing had started.
I tried disconnecting power lead and holding power button for 20seconds, did 4 times and still the same.
I tried again after tv standing all night unplugged into power but still the same. I made a small video of the problem not sure if I can post that.
any clues appreciated
