High voltage from TV:s antenna socket! Can't Post

Hi,

I have a basic Panasonic TV which has developed a serious problem.
The antenna socket outputs a voltage of about 120 V AC when the TV is switched on. When switched off, it goes down to about 2 V AC.

Has anyone experienced this before?

I would appreciate some pointers as where to start looking for the defective component.

Thanks,

Henrik Faltstrom

P.S. Here in Sweden we have a line voltage of 240 VAC
