Hisense 55H6SG Freezing Issue

Customer brought me a Hisense smart TV (Android powered one). She stated the TV would freeze on startup, and sometimes it would work if they power cycled it a few times.
Powered it up here, and it seems to boot up to the loading screen, then go blank with no response. Backlight stays on, black screen otherwise.
My first thought is a main board, but I wanted to see if anyone else has had this issue since it's the first time I've run into this.
