Hisense tv picture - negative/pastel look

My tv is a 32 inch Hisense HDTV, it's 5 years old exactly, never had a problem with it till a few days ago it has suddenly malfunctioned. The sound is fine and you can see the picture however it's not watchable, the picture has turned almost like a negative effect and the colours are very grey and pastel. I've turned off the power and let it for for hours before turning back on, I have also reset it to factory settings, nothing has changed. I have taken a photo of the picture but not sure how to put it on here!
