Hello all. I bought one of these TV's for $20 the other day, because the guy was having an issue with it.

As you can see, some issue with the quality. One person I talked to said this might be the video processor at fault. What's your opinion? And if so, where could I find a video processor this old? Thanks all for the assistance.
