Hitachi 50fx48b powers up then shuts down	Can't Post

I just acquired a Hitachi 50fx48b for free that has a power issue. After the unit is plugged in it comes alive then dies within 5sec. Upon taking the back off, I noticed that all green LEDs come on then it shuts down to the red protection light within seconds. Any suggestions?
