Horizontal lines on Sansui SV2136i TV.Some of it goes away after a couple of minutes but about 20cm of lines stay visible.Other than that the picture is OK. I am new to TV repair.Only found 1 faulty cap.What can the fault be with this set.I have also re soldered all the joints.Will replacing the vertical line IC eliminate this fault? 1x Adio Video output is also faulty.Can this be linked?
