How to exit from a factory menu?

Hi, I've got a Sharp Aquos Android smart tv and I entered in the Factory menu... I did not know how I did it (maybe some wrong click on app/services): the TV is black with just a big green square with a K in it, the model of tv and strange letter/numbers below (RSH W, 111 1). Channel dont work, I can just view the factory menu with many option, among them the reset. I tried it, but the TV always restart with the same situation... it seems impossible to exit from this!
