I think I fried my Magnavox PN3046 A104 Can't Post

Howdy.
I don't know much about TVs, but I know how to change the coolant.
I was having extremely poor colors with the blue CRT on my circa '93 Magnavox PN3046 A104, so I decided to change the coolant. Everything went quick and perfect, I cleaned out copious amounts of bacteria, and then I turned it on.
It started making a strange fizzing sound and flashed red horizontal lines, and I immediately shut it off. A small puff of smoke came out between the green and blue CRTs. Frown
Upon inspection I found that a cable labeled E358 had been accidentally popped off the green CRT - I didn't even think to check there when putting it all back together.
Any ideas? I'm ready to try it again (with E358 plugged back in), and then just wheel it to the dumpster. Probably not worth the cost to fix it, ya know?
Tell me what you think.

btw, Mel, you are the man! I don't know who you are or what you do, but damn do you know a hell of a lot about TVs. And you're generous enough to share it with almost everyone who posts.

...Just something I've noticed in the hours I've spent on this thread...
