Hi,

I am looking at a friends TV to see why it isn't turning on. I don't see any burnt capacitors, no burn marks or swollen capacitors. Everything looks normal.

Everything I find so far seems to point to it being the power supply.

I have watched this YouTube video on the same manufacturer's TV and I don't find anything similarly wrong with the TV:

Any suggestions as to how to determine what is happening here?
