Insignia Splash Screen Fizzles Can't Post
I have an Insignia 40 inch Roku (NS-40DR420NA16).

Insignia was apparently left in no-climate controlled storage through cold weather and is now fizzling out at the splash screen. Splash screen does not return when you turn off and on. It returns when power is cut at the wall. Picture is extremely good looking for the one second you see the splash screen. Audio seems to work.

Replaced main board but the issue persists.

Was this the issue it had when it was first put into storage?
Does sound continue AFTER splash screen is extinguished?
Do ALL LEDs in panel light? You'll probably have to CAREFULLY disassemble panel to see.

2nd Owner on TV so not 100% but she said it was fine before storage.
I hear sound after the splash screen is gone.

I'll look on the LEDs but given how sharp it is when booting up why would that be an issue? (Still learning, I'm not arguing)

That's what they all say.

LEDs are one of the biggest issues across all brands & models.

EEPROM is another (with this brand), but you already swapped the Main board.

Pins 10 & 12 of CON2 both stay high while set is running?
