JVC AV-27920 Can't Post

hello there,

i got this tv from a friend was working for like a month and bam now there is a white line in the center of the screen when u turn it on for a couple minutes then click click it shuts right off i have a circuit board from another jvc tv simular model but had a bad flyback now if i know what parts to repair on this av-27920 i can fix it hopefully if someone could help me that would be great

Look for bad solder joints on the vertical output IC431. If OK check for 28 vdc on pins 3 and 6. If OK, replace the IC. If 28 vdc is missing, check R542 and D542. If R542 is open, the IC may have shorted and blown this fuseable resistor R542.
