This tv had a power surge and was dead. I replaced the switching regulator
and it power up fine. Now the horizontal will calaps about half way and then
resume full picture this will continue every second in a loop. If I power up
without the video it will stay up with a full blue screen, no problem
On screen menu comes up fine, just when I apply video this happens.
Any help ?
