JVC AV-32260	Can't Post

Hello there, I have this tv with no power, turn tv ON power light keep blinking, I Replace C 933, horizontal out put ok, vertical IC ok can't find the problem.
please help...

On one side of the horizontal driver transformer is a 1mfd 160v cap.Replace!
