JVC Deflection problem Can't Post

Smile
Hi! I have a JVC TM-A9U TV and possibly a vertical deflection problem. There's a horizontal band about 1inch from the top of the screen that's a little bit distored. The light is also different. I'm handy in electronics and want to repair it myself. But I know a minimum in TV electonics. Where can I get the information about the TV schematics and maybe information about a suspected capacitor?

Thanks!!!!!!!!

That definitely sounds like a bad cap in the vertical circuit. If you don't have access to an ESR meter, your only option is to sub the caps around the VOUT IC.
