KDL52w4100 No signs of life	Can't Post

I have a KDL52w4100 with no blinking lights or any signs of life, however i have 3V at the connector going to the logic board but no power on any of the other wires at this connector. (e.g. 12v UNREG, 12VREG...etc) thoughts? Logic board? Power supply?

I tried a replacement power supply but i dont even get 3V on the standby wire connector going to the logic board. Maybe the replacement power supply is broken.

What are these symptoms of?

BU Board (Main board) is likely if no POWER_ON is not toggling.

Ok i have a main board on its way. No power ON is toggling. I just wasnt sure because the power supply had a connector that went to the main board and the only power i have is the 3.3 standby

Replaced the main board, power came on, then showed 14 red blinks. I unplugged the TV now it just shows green light for a second then nothing again. Maybe the main board is not the correct software? Power supply change was useless
