LE32B450 Crackling sound and poor picture	Can't Post

I have a Samsung LE32B450 that has a crackling sound and picture freezes/pixelation/green spots. It does it whatever input it's on. I've tried opening it up as I believe this can be caused by bad capacitors on the board but I can't see any that are bulging or leaking. I've also seen varioius posts from people saying to replace either the main board or the power board. I've found both on ebay.

Can anyone tell me which one is the more likely culprit so I can try that one first?

Out of those choices versus symptoms, I'd vote for the Main.
