LED TV diagnosis correct? Can't Post

I have a Polaroid LE-40GCL LED TV that needs repair. As I have not tried to fix a tv before, I would like to seek your assistance.
Condition:
LEDs: no lights found in TV when back removed and in dark room.
Screen: no picture but picture shows when shining torch in dark room.
Sound: working normally.
I suspect this is an LED Driver issue?
If this is so, I want to locate the driver in order to buy a replacement.
Can someone confirm that it is likely the LED Driver.

Thanks...

OR ... the LED(s) (inside the panel) themselves.

Hi, thanks for the reply...or further investigation, I seem to have a bulging capacitor on the power board.

Here is an image link...

Presumably this could be the problem???

So I am thinking to buy a 16v 1000uf 105 deg (to match capacitor spec) capacitor and replace.

Thanks again...

Thanks...
