Hi, I have a LG32LD490 that flickered then went off and refuses to come back on, the standby light pulses red , Is it likely to be a power board or av board problem? , I have looked at both and there is no sign of bad caps, Are there any tests I could do to narrow down which board is faulty

Check voltages on power board. If all are there likely Main board.

Power board seemed to check out OK, Just cooked the AV board for ten minutes and it's now working so there must have been some dodgy solder joints somewhere?
