LG 32LG7000 Fault

Hi, I have this 32LG7000, when i turn it on sometimes it will work fine but most times the backlight just flashes on and off every few seconds and is unresponsive to any input remote or side buttons. Would anyone know by looking which board is the fault, I suspect its the inverter but i just want to find out for sure,
