LG 42LS570Y-TB stripes + inverted image + no HDMI detection

Hi,
When I turn on my LG 42LS570Y-TB it shows nothing for about 30 seconds after which I get strange faded vertical stripe pattern in the middle of the screen only, inverted TV menu image and in addition it cannot detect any HDMI input.
I went ahead and replaced the T-CON card, but that didn't fix anything so it's probably something else.
What can it be?
