LG 47LW5600	Can't Post

I have the LG LW5600,, and last night it just went off, when i tried to turn it back on from stand by,, i get 2x red pulsing lights then it goes to blue, ( no sound or picture).
Could it be the power board?, not too sure what the error code description is.

Thanks for the info,, could also just replace the board right?
Also once then repair has been made , do you need to clear the error codes?
