LG 49LB620T - Bright White Lights On Screen

Lg television has bright white balls of light on the screen constant.
They get dimmer on darker patches and very bright on white - its almost as if they are stuck on.
Easier to point you to a picture then try to explain:

Any ideas what this is - as we speak another light has appeared next to the other ones that makes 8. All symetrical.
Any help much appreciated.
