tv menu works fine no issues just static noise image on any input tv , hdmi 1 hdmi 2 av etc..

would that be smartboard or tcon board
sorry i am no to this Unsure

Without an active signal on a properly selected Input that would be normal.

Image link not working. JD does find rental agreement and letter of employment.

also I go to youtube app pick a youtube video and when it supposed to play content it just goes static noise immage
