LG 55LM6400-UA and horizontal lines

I have an LG 3d tv I don't want to lose that recently started having a pattern of horizontal lines. It's like every 5th line of pixels is a
little darker than the ones around it and it's the whole screen, not just part. It happens even in test mode with all inputs disconnected. I've
tried reseating the cables. I've tried calling LG repair people in my area but no one is returning my calls - covid I suspect. Here is what it looks like

I've seen a few similar threads but the closest one was not answered. Im perfectly willing to replace the tcon board or anything but the panel. I can get another used 3d tv for less than a new panel. I would appreciate any ones time and experience helping me figure out the right thing to do.
