LG 55LN5600-UI Video Problem Can't Post

Hey Guys/Gals, I was just looking for some help on what the problem was with my tv. I have an LG 55LN5600-UI LED tv that's roughly 2 years old. Here is a video of my problem:

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5gBrxWaiopQ&feature=youtu.be

The audio works perfectly, there's just that intermittent scramble that continues to occur. In the video, the tv is in its stock input menu, so it's not connected to any inputted source.

Here is a picture of the inside of the tv:

I'm pretty novice with tv repairs so any help would be greatly appreciated. After researching on my own, I have already tried replacing the T-Con board and the main board, however both options did not fix my problem. If you could provide any additional insight I would greatly appreciate the help. Thanks all.

IF you've replaced both of those with non-defective boards this means you've already reseated the ribbon cable (LVDS), but did you inspect or clean its contacts?
Otherwise you most likely have a bad panel. Try gently twisting the whole panel and squeezing gently around panel's perimeter.

Thanks for the reply. Hm, I did notice that I once had the tv placed on it's side in storage for like a month. When I plugged it back in to start working on it again, it worked perfectly for like an hour; then back to the same problem. So do you think that's a pretty clear sign it's a bad panel? And if so, is there a way I can McGyver a fix for this particular problem, or is the tv pretty much done outside of replacing the panel (which is supposed to be expensive right?)?

Search YT for tab bonding, LCD screen / panel repairs videos. Doesn't have to be Brand or Model number specific. Unimpressed
