LG 55L W5600 no picture

Hello,
I have LG 55L W5600. The TV quit working one day. I do not see any picture or sound. When I turn it on I hear a click the power led flashes red 3 times and then turns blue. None of the capacitor on the power board seem to be damaged (visually). What would be the easiest way to determine what needs to be replaced? I am OK with replacing the entire board.
