LG CF-21..blocked controls after 10-20 sec..

LG CF-21..blocked controls after 10-20 sec and i have to power off and on to change the channel.
Weird is that sometimes is getting back controls on his own , suddenly, and changes to lastchannel pressed.
While loses controls also AV IN is not working properly, getting to black screen seconds after starting.
Can someone know if i can fix this by entering service menu (i don`t know the code, if someone knows please tell me).
Is there any chance to make the damn controls working right again.
